Designed by Foster + Partners, the Ellison Oxford facility will encompass two buildings connected by an elevated walkway to encourage collaboration between both sites. Highlights of the facility will include:
● 30,000 m2 of research laboratory space
● An oncology and wellness patient clinic
● Educational and multifunctional use spaces arranged nonlinearly throughout both buildings to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration
● 250-seat auditorium to serve as a central gathering space
● New footpaths and cycleways to link the facility to the nearby Oxford Science Park and future railway stations
● 30,000 m2 of research laboratory space
