Amber Zinsmeister is an HR Coordinator at the Ellison Institute. In her role, Amber helps lead the people agenda and team health initiatives, with a particular focus on developing increased wellness programs and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Her background in health management and as a practitioner of sound meditation and yoga drives her passion in researching and developing cutting edge and expanded programs for employee and patient wellness at the Institute.
Prior to her current role she worked at the Institute as a Clinical Associate where she assisted in patient care.
Amber is a graduate of City Colleges of Chicago, where she was a part of the SGA (Student Government Association) and earned the Presidential Scholar award. In her spare time, Amber enjoys traveling, running on the beach, and being in nature.”
