Bethany Haliday is part of the Lee Laboratory as a Research Lab Tech, specifically working with Katherin Patsch in the wet lab. Bethany graduated with a B.S. in Biological Science from Biola University in La Mirada, CA in 2018. During her time at Biola, she studied the effects of a restricted diet on heat shock gene expression in Drosophila melanogaster. Bethany hopes to eventually become a physician and conduct clinical research in the area of women’s health. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
