Carolyn Tsao is the Senior Human Resources Manager at the Ellison Institute of Technology. She has been in Human Resources for 20 years in the Life Sciences industry and is very passionate about people operations and science.
Carolyn has a BA in English and a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. She currently holds a SPHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying new foods.
