Iris Megiris is the Manager of Business Operations for the Ellison Institute of Technology.
Iris spent her childhood overseas in Greece attending the American Community Schools of Athens, coming to America for a Film and Media Studies degree from University of California Santa Barbara. Eager to stay in the Mediterranean climate, she followed the warm weather to Los Angeles where she produced commercials and digital content for industry-leading brands such as Toyota, Wilson, and Nike.
Iris transitioned to operational work when she found a passion in a different type of producing – creating and running smooth-sailing departments and organizations. She has spent the past decade working closely with several Chief Suites as a Resource Manager and Operational Specialist to scope and build departments and processes with the goals of discovering efficiencies, staying cost-effective, and making sure that each employee in the department is fulfilled in their goals and work.
