Jack Chlystek is a Research Lab Specialist at the Ellison Institute. He graduated with a dual degree in Biochemistry and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in December 2020. During this time, he spent three years in a mass spectrometry lab, specifically designing and optimizing metabolomics workflows. After graduation, he moved to LA for a position in assay development at a diagnostics startup company.
Jack comes to the Institute excited to continue to work with mass spectrometry, especially in cancer metabolomics. Outside of work he likes to golf, find new hikes, and dive into a good book.
