Katrina Barron is the Director, Foundation and Engagement at the Ellison Institute, where she oversees donor relations and philanthropic giving to further the Institute’s mission. She was most recently at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where she was the Manager of Donor Stewardship. In this role, she created donor recognition strategies to deepen relationships between donors and the institution. Prior to this, she was part of the development team at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was the Associate Director of Development for scholarships. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A Pasadena native, Katrina enjoys hiking Griffith Park, finding new podcasts, and spending time with her family.
