At the Ellison Institute, Dr. Chilakala is a member of the Katz Laboratory where she develops targeted and untargeted metabolomics assays (especially on circulating leukocytes derived from clinical samples). She also analyzes and interprets research data. Sujatha has a BS in Pharmacy from JNTU in India, a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Greenwich, and a PhD in Clinical & Bioanalytical Chemistry from Cleveland State University. Outside of work, Dr. Chilakala loves to cook, travel, and explore nature.
